  • The product includes all original accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized toys
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products (such as baby teething toys)

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, a new order will need to be placed after the original return is processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending returns.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, the order will need to follow the return procedure.
